Sebenick Consulting LLC is a woman owned consulting firm specializing in process engineering, Power Platform, and various management system integrations to include ISO implementation and maintenance.
We’re not here to sell a product that will deflate your budget every month. We’re here to help you utilize the tools that you’re already paying for, in order to create custom solutions—especially in Power Platform.

With over two decades of experience, Mike has had the honor of leading and collaborating with teams across diverse industries such as Cybersecurity, Emergency Services/Technical Rescue, Energy/Oil and Gas, Defense Industrial Base, and Supply Chain Management. His journey, whether on the field or in the boardroom, has underscored the profound importance of people—the ultimate asset within and beyond any organization.
Guided by the principles of Servant Leadership, his personal motto, and the vision of Sebenick Consulting is "Serve Others; Be Useful." This philosophy underscores his belief in putting the needs of the team and the greater community at the forefront of every endeavor.

Erin Sebenick
Erin is a dynamic professional with two decades of diverse experience across various industries. As a dedicated Quality Manager, Power Platform Enthusiast and overall problem solver, she has honed her skills in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of continual improvement.
Specializing in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency, she is able to craft solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technological possibilities. But, most firmly, she believes that 'humans are more important than hardware.'
Erin thrives outside her comfort zone and enjoys being in the middle of high impact challenges where she can leverage her skills to see all the complex connections, make sense of them, and develop practical solutions.
